Wife as cooked up a plan to meet the cousins half-way the day after Christmas to see each other and have lunch. LC is the best bet half-way between Houston and BR. Thank God I'm duck hunting that day and the next and can miss this!

Anyway, what is a place with decent food that a group of 8 can eat and socialize for a few hours?

I'm sort of thinking one of the big casinos would be a good spot. Lots of food choices and I assume lobby bars/sports book they could hang in and catch up.

What about Darrell's? Place you can stay for a few hours? Anything else?

There are a few places downtown, and the Horseshoe Casino just opened in Westlake.

I always enjoy Rickenjacks for just hanging out, eating apps, and drinking a few beers.
