Don't mean to ruin your white Christmas party...but the forecast for all of Southeast Louisiana on Christmas weekend (3 days) is a low of 34 in the evening. No white stuff. 21 degrees on the Thursday leading into Christmas weekend, but no precipitation that evening.

Lol. That’s really all I have to say. You’re a retard. Not only do we not know if it will snow, it’s equally as dumb to say it won’t. Get the cold in place. That’s step número uno. Looks like we’ll have the cold, and extended cold- just need to keep watching. Equal parts chance a gulf low spins up and we get 5 inches of snow. Now buzz off before I get banned. I’ve been drinking

Love the weather savvy from yall.

And I certainly dont see anything getting me excited about snow in the deep south at this point. Odds remain low, as youd expect, for it happening at all.

But

Park a bunch of frigid air next to a pool of warm water and you get the main ingredient for an area of low pressure. The jet stream will obviously be parked nearby since you have such a bitchin' temperature gradient.

Which is why, like you say, we keep watching.
