I never saw Obama flags and hats like I see Trump stuff.
I see Trump 2024 signs all over.
I only ever saw the Obama "Hope" posters with Obama.
Trump has a strong fan base unlike anything I've seen before.

Seriously? You don't remember the elementary kids singing a song about Obama? What about the candles with O's face instead of Jesus or Mary.
It wasn't what the Trump mania eventually became but that was because of a huge pendulum swing from people that hated the hero worship of Obama. That's how the whole god emperor thing started out as a joke, but was coopted by the completely bought in crowd.
