What’s a good college degree for working outdoors?

I have little college education, only 2 quarters at La Tech from mid 90s. Started a thread before about working outdoors but would like to get an online degree. Was thinking environmental science or something like that.
I was a paramedic for 10 years and have owned a lawn service that I do on my own with sons helping some. Not concerned about how much money I’d make, I mean I’d prefer to make at least $40-50k. Is there a good associate degree I can get and find work in Louisiana doing it? Maybe park ranger, geologist or an assistant to geologist, something like that? Mid 40s, I enjoy doing lawns but would like to try something else. When I started that thread a lot of answers basically you need a degree to make at least $40-50k. TIA

I’m a fan of the 50 degree or lower temperature while working outside.

Geologist, archaeologist, golf management. Those are just a couple off the top of my head.

There’s a degree for that? Wonder if it’s associates or bachelor. I’d be willing to do bachelor but yea, gonna cost a lot.

Forestry?
Seems would be hard to get online but maybe I can do that. At least get undergrad courses done online and see if ULL offers forestry

Geologist
Geologists in Louisiana mostly do site investigations and sample soil/groundwater for the plants. Yeah, you’re outdoors but it’s not like it’ll be the freshest of air

Figured you did lol that’s why I was putting that out there.
I’d just keep building the business be proud of that! Learn fencing, add power washing, there’s big things or small things with big margins.
