An acquaintance says several people he knows are making some serious money through this, looks sketchy to me though.
Is it some type of pyramid scheme?

I know quite a few people putting a lot of money into this based on returns of some folks they trust.

Wow a forex and crypto scam all rolled into one pyramid scheme. Even complete with special NFTS
I am sure your friends are making a ton of money on paper, and they are pitching it to you as a very simple way to make 10000% returns!!!!

Seriously though, this one probably has the most red flags I have ever seen. I would expect everyone who puts a penny in this to lose 100% of the money they invested
