Electrical is one of the first contracts I buy and I tell the electrician to order his panels and breaker’s immediately.
The big issue right now is transformers. The city of Denton, TX has a 52 week lead time on transformers.

All MV transformers are around 52+weeks now. 13.8kV and 4160Vs ordered last March praying they will be here by May or we go to rentals/borrowed.
