My thoughts too. Twitter is a private company. They can scrub and do whatever they want without repercussions no matter how wrong it is.

I think the line for legal action here is did someone from the government use their position to coerce Twitter or force Twitter to act.


Or did Twitter who seemingly built this process and infrastructure out intentionally, just act based on their own piss poor judgement and requests from the blue check mark crowd especially their buddy the democrats. Who have seemingly zero issue abusing their relationships.

Be interesting to see how musk handles this on the go forward.
