Always.

Not going to bend my morals because I wish I was a billionaire South African who may or may not have touched his children.

Musk made his money selling Zip2 for $300 million dollars.

He made about $22MM off that deal because he only owned 7% of the company when it sold. He had big investors that took the majority of the ownership.

I’m not sure it’s known how much equity he put in himself to net that out but it probably wasn’t much.

My first thought with Elon’s pretty sudden shift into politics was that he saw what Trump pulled off and was aiming to be the right’s next cult of personality folk hero. I mean when you are getting the conspiracy theorists here to gloss over literal brain implants you know you are getting somewhere. But he can’t even run for President so hard to see what the end goal of that would be

This doesn't sound like something a sane person says.

Agreed. He parlayed that money into x.com and the rest is history.

Musk is less impressive the more you look at him.

To each his own when it comes to deity worship.

Go back and reread. He offered half-assed info that involved only op-ed stats then wanted to comapre to total viewership.

Like comparing daily news to Dateline or gossip girl. Makes no sense. He can't provide a counter argument because abc/nbc/cbs dont provide a similar programming. Except maybe 'Face the Nation' which no one watches.

So instead he offered primetime numbers which is perfect for me since Fox controls that demographic. Dumbass should have at least compared morning numbers, which no way I could win.

I’m lazy. I’m not going to sit here and pull data and lay it out for you like a fricking dissertation.

Do your own fricking research.

Mr 8 million nightly viewers for ABC nightly news and 20 seasons of number 1 rating for NBC news = zero views

I don’t really know much about him. I’ve never had to deal with him. I have dealt with Musk quite a lot via Tesla though. He’s a bizarre dude but his success is undeniable. The first time I met him in person I was touring Giga factory with JPM and BofA for a finance deal and he showed up and gave most of the tour himself. It was strange and I can’t say at that time it helped any but it was cool looking back on it. I’ve since had several interactions with him and he’s always odd.

Nah man, believe it or not, not cool with US slavery as well. Get it happened. Can't really hate on people from the 1800's making their bones on it.

1800s?

Do you know how much slave labor the USA currently loves and profits off of?

I wouldn’t even go down that rabbit hole with him. It’s a completely asinine argument he’s attempting to make

It's okay if you say you think he might be autistic on the OT. We might even get some fun replies.
