It could be the echo chamber he runs in. John Wayne's "life is tough" quote comes to mind, too.

you might be surprised, but it seems like common sense that people working in a hospital setting would be required to get vaccinations

Almost like it might depend on the work environment and common sense.

Regarding Covid:

The CDC lied.

The Govt. lied.

Pfizer lied.

The Media lied.

Thousands ofDoctors and Nurses lied.

Only an idiot isn't skeptical about the Medical profession at this point.

People aren't questioning the knowledge of people in the Medical Industry, they are rightfully questioning their integrity.

At this point, Doctors and Nurses are no more trustworthy than used car salesmen.

what in my post is false?

Well you're obviously insinuating that the flu shot gives people the flu.

I'm cool with not trusting anything the CDC, WHO, FED, etc says but it's common knowledge that the flu shot doesn't give you the flu.

This just made me laugh. The flu vaccine has been around since before 1945.

Yup. Any vaccine can possibly make you feel achy and a mild fever after you get it. That’s your immune system responding to it. It doesn’t mean it “gave you the flu”.

Also….it takes a full 2 weeks for the flu shot to offer any protection. That’s why they recommend it prior to peak flu season. So if you got sick soon after…it’s very possible you were exposed to someone with the flu before the shot could offer any protection.

Also it’s been common knowledge that it doesn’t give 100% protection. You can still get the flu with it. But…..if you did your symptoms would be much less severe than if you didn’t get the shot. It’s also important to get it if around elderly or those immunocompromised. Decreasing your chances of getting the flu decreases your chances of spreading it to those that could get really really sick if they got the flu (elderly, small babies, immunocompromised, etc)

I am not sure what to tell you if you don't think doctors and nurses who treat the most vulnerable people in our society should not be required to get the most up to date vaccinations.

Maybe when you are sick or need help you just won't go to the doctor.

I'm sure that was traumatic for you since she'd look something like a Halloween yard decoration these days.
