Wow are you headed out to the site? Being that they could be your tanks or at the very least how are your tanks secure with what is going on.

I wont be going to the site. We design and manufacture the tanks. They are sold by a distributor to CF. The distributor or our field service team would be the ones to visit the site and assess the tank.

I am just the supplier. We are not the contractors that do the installation or the ones filling the tanks. There are lots of factors that could cause the issue. If it is the flange, it is likely that they had too much pressure going into the tank. Bad news is that most new tanks are about a 12 week lead time.
