Explain his consistent subpar QB and O Line play….he was an OK offensive recruiter at best considering the recruiting ground he had to work with at LSU.

His biggest QB recruits were Perrilloux, Shepard, Mett, and Harris (I guess)…..those turned out great….Mett basically regressed under Miles and you could argue his NFL career suffered because of it.
Here just a few of the rest…..Hatch, Zach Lee (why Les went all in on a guy my fiancé at the time knew was going pro ball is beyond me), Bolden, Jennings, Etling, McMillan….a real who’s who there!
