We can work any hours we want as long as we get our 40 in. There are some dudes.. Well one dude who replies to emails at like 2:30-3AM. Before he started working from home, he would be in before anyone and leave the office around 9AM.

This is taking it too far unless you're unpacking boxes at Big Lots.
In most jobs I'm aware of, shite comes up during the day as people interact with other divisions, machinery, customers or whatever, during normal working hours.
This dude just disappeared after 9am because he "got his hours?" What did he do?
