He was sentenced to 40 and did roughly 30. But I am trying to figure out if you are saying the members of the DAs office who prosecuted him 30 years ago should go to Angola for a few years for failing to secure a life sentence, or that whoever decided he should be released early and not do the entire 40 years should be sent to Angola for a few years?
