I have the same issue. I just make sure i don’t touch my face and go take a shower after I’m done putting away the meat. That has helped a lot. I imagine wearing rubber gloves and disposing afterward would help too, but never felt the need to go that far.

It’s gotten so bad that a several mounts in a room will get to me.
