Sorry those were so obvious & egregious. That PI flag pick up is one of the worst calls in the past 50 years.

I agree with you. But A&M had 47 penalty yards to LSUs 42.

A&M was 10 for 15 on 3rd down and had 274 yards rushing at 5.5 ypc. Can’t blame that on the refs.

We should’ve never been in a position where a bad call from the refs could change the outcome of the game. We were playing the worst team in the SEC west for crying out loud. Quit blaming the refs. We got dominated.

This is always a 100% idiotic take. It displays the author for the ignoramus that he is if he cannot understand that on or two calls can and often do decide a game. Just so damn stupid.

Correct, and they were not called for holding one time, despite tackling our ends and #40 several times. Yet LSU gets a huge "holding" call on a play that would have turned into points.

I really hate this argument. When a team makes a play, and an official takes that play away blatantly, you can't fault the team that made the play. That's just stupid. I don't care if aTm was 0-10 going into the game. When officials blatantly take away points or opportunities at points, EVERY team will struggle to win a game. LSU had THREE opportunities at points removed because of crooked refs, including one TD.

There are ways to manage penalty yardage to be even while wildly differing on the effect on each team.

I agree w you. We deserved to lose. Just saying that A&M getting defensive holds & PIs when they were committing them intentionally to avoid giving up a TD at the end is not the same as the blatant PI or the TD catch.

The holding call on Jones was pivotal & it was weak but it wasn’t an all time bad call by any means.

You are correct our run D was beyond awful. Was against Tennessee as well.
