I’ve been shooting PCP air rifles for 30 yrs. Started out with a DayState Harrier X in .22 and recently bought a FX Impact Mk2. CF tanks are a must as pumping to 3,000 psi sucks !
Refilling in the field after 35 shots to top off at 3000 psi
Friend of mines setup from the early 90’s
Gonna be hard to find a PCP setup priced at $300. It can be done for $500. Buy a .22 and don’t waste your time and money on a .177. Fit it with a moderator and be done. I’ll gladly help you or any other OB’ers with answers or insight to this addictive hobby.
