I thinks it’s mostly to do their delusional fan base that seems to think their athletics are top tier when they’re not. I know a few A&M fans personally and they truly believe that they’re one of the best athletics programs in the country, and honestly, you’d think they’d won 15 national championships in every sport. It’s nauseating to listen to the gloat about the smallest of accomplishments and people fricking hate them for it. I know I do anyway.

Yes!! 1000x yes. We live in texas and my sons 3 best buds are all sons of Aggies. He’s 7 and anytime he wears his lsu gear to school they hammer him. It’s unbelievable to me and my tiger loving kid
