I just cooked some tonight in the oven at 325.
Rule of thumb. Temp of your cooker (smoker, oven, pan) does not matter an entire amount when cooking. Just make sure the internal temp of the meat is appropriate. Also note: lower cook temps = more time, higher cook temps = faster cook times with a risk of burning.

Have had great success by just using the oven.
