Thanks Doc....I think I'll smoke the turkey by itself, pull it off, foil it and let it rest for an hour or so. During that time I can smoke the stuffed chicken breast, and maybe bump the temp up a little bit to cook a little faster at the end.
I don't think I can fit the spatch-cocked turkey and the 4 stuffed breasts on the kamado at once.
