It will be cold, but forecast doesn't show any rain. Decatur is a good spot for all ages with good food, bars, and music and fairly safe. Once you get off MARTA, you have a very short walk to a bunch of different spots all night.

Krog Street or Ponce City Market or if you wanna go to the west midtown area,
Six Feet Under (sit on the deck if the weather cooperates) or Ormsbys (games and burgers)
