Today CBK said the coaches needed to make better adjustments once they saw what the D was doing. Looking at Skycast view, damn never every pass play was long routes. Yes, JD missed some reads, but it is confusing that they aren't hitting routes underneath and shorter to get the ball out of his hands quickly.

Yep, we get into this habit of throwing it on 1st down way to much. Eventually we started leaning on the running game but when we’re at our best we’re running it, using designed runs for JD and getting him in 3rd and short to medium range.
