Apart from like the whole process thing which is based entirely about habit-building and accomplishing individual tasks instead of being bogged down by wins and losses, there was some article in the off-season about a few psychologists who came with BK from ND. safe to say he is into that stuff about building the right mindset on a week to week basis.

any ND fan will be quick to tell you BK's biggest strength after that 4-8 year was their ability to beat literally every team they had more talent than. This Saturday is a big test but I do think in the future we won't succumb to as many trap games as in the past.

This is one of the benefits of having a modern, legitimate big time college football head coach. Fans don't get to see this kind of behind the scenes stuff but it's very important.

The Arkansas game is always tricky. We've seen some really weird games in this rivalry. It seems like Arkansas is way down the list in terms of rivals. I know just as a fan I don't get it up for Arky like I do with Florida, bama, Auburn, A&M, or even Ole Miss. They are down there with Miss State to me. Just a team LSU has to play every year for some sort of weird trophy. Hopefully BK has them fully aligned and ready to kick some arse.
