Nah. That's precisely the correct charges. Chickenshit would be if they actually tried to spin it into a burglary. Those are just misdemeanors, which are appropriate. You won't find a bigger fan of a few cocktails than me, but if you're getting so wasted that you're stumbling into other peoples' homes and falling asleep in their beds, it's time to consider drinking less.
