What do you mean by late november? It looks like the ski slopes open Nov 25.
Before that there's honestly not much to do, a lot of the restaurants will close down or have very limited availability.
There used to be one or two people on this board that live there.
Teton NP will be open so just check what's available. If there is no or limited snow check out the main hikes like Jenny Lake. I think they will close the moose-wilson road but you may be able to hike it and the first mile or two from the visitors station is a great place for wildlife.
