If I could do this virtually to 20,000 people I'd kill it. But it's face to face in person, they'll all be seated while I'm on a stage. I just get the heebie jeebies thinking about having 240 sets of eyeballs staring at me. I realize it sounds ridiculous and I can't really explain why it makes me so nervous.

I've personally found, as others have mentioned, chatting with people beforehand when you're there helps. It helps build rapport and makes it more of a social event
