That's basically the only play for them at this point. It absolutely has to be a Trump loving maniac to be of any use. Otherwise, they'll stop talking about it and hope it goes away.

Yes, that is the narrative that the media has given out to all non Trump supporters to echo in hopes of making the normal people think that Paul Pelosi doesn’t take cock in his arse.
But even more ridiculous is that these people want us to believe that because Pelosi spoke in code, the cops got there in 2 minutes? Does this mean that a normal call to 911 wouldn’t result in the same response time? Maybe they could release the security footage to see for ourselves what happened.
