Keep in mind this "storage" Europe speaks of, it includes 60 LNG tankers sailing around waiting to be off loaded because they dont have enough degassing capacity, something yet again Trump warned them about.
So as it gets colder they will be consuming more gas than can be off loaded and it will be a matter of if the onshore storage combined with offloading will be enough to squeak them through the winter.
There is also the factor of the limited number of tankers that are available for spot pricing, if they have to queue, then unload, then refuel, then return, that is a lot of time wasted which will cause further delays, and cost, some of those tankers charge 500,000 USD a day now......to cruise around the Med waiting to unload.
Pricing is still 158% above last year, and several times higher than it was before this mess started.
