Do we get a big rally leading up to midterms?

I think Dems will get desperate as polls shift to the GOP and Biden gets the Fed to “hint” at no more rate increases to create a rally so they can point to economic success.

Meh, I don't think that will shift people's views on the prices they pay for goods and services with 2 weeks to go.

The rally comes after, not before.

The more the polls indicate a red wave, the higher the market trends. IMHO

My best bet is that the market will surge on the mid-term results, but then the demprogs will push through every lame-duck bill they can think of. I think the real politically based rally will come when the new Congress actually takes over in Jan.

Why would they give y’all anything? The only people that invest are the evil white males and they figured out how to cheat y’all out of y’all’s vote
Not me though, I’m native. I’ll do a rain dance for you pale faces

you have a Nov 2nd Fed mtg with probably a 75-100 pt hike in rates.
Fuel prices have trended back up quickly which makes moving goods of all types more expensive, heating oil is marching up, CPI will probably be higher than last month.
But.....IF THERE IS A RED WAVE IN BOTH THE HOUSE AND SENATE and they can turn off the stupid spending, stifle Bidens initiatives, and somehow get our natural resources turned back on, to combat the above I see things turning around rather quickly.
