Well, he did basically accuse Trump of trying to steal the '20 election...yet he himself pretty much openly ran in '16 under the premise that Never-Trumper Republican electoral college voters could vote for him to be president over Trump, despite McMullin not running as a Republican and only receiving 0.54% of the popular vote. Who is really the one trying to steal an election?

I didn’t vote for Trump because I thought he was a fraud. Almost voted for McMuffin but after reading his stances he was just Romney light.

I remember when we found out who Bill Kristol's "credible, qualified candidate" was, and we found out it was McMullin, that was the final nail in Kristol's reputation.
