really, 20 felons who went misunderstood the law, filled applications to regian the ability to vote, and turns out they weren't supposed to? 5 years of prison?
That is NOT the mass vote fraud conspiracy we've been hearing since 2020, the one that has been rejected around 65 times at a judical level
Where's the ballot stuffers?
If someone committed a crime, lock them up. But the party that "seeks out voter fraud" that's never been proven continues to flash showy "voter fraud" crimes when hidden real voter fraud is in live view in front of every voter in every state. That being voter intimidation, voter disenfranchisement, voter de-registering, voter ballot theft, voter ID theft, and a few others all perpetuated by the right wing to try to preserve what little power they have remaining in dwindling party attendance.
"State law says that a voter has to “willfully” commit the crime — a hurdle that has forced some prosecutors not to charge ineligible voters."
