Couple of notes from Snit and the players at Fan Fest today:
- No plan for Grissom to play LF in the spring, although Snit mentioned he has the athleticism to do it. It'll be a battle between him and Arcia for SS, no one is going in as the starter.
- Acuna says he is 100%, said he hated DHing last season and has no plans on doing it this year.
- No restrictions for Ozzie this past offseason, he said he was cleared to play had the Braves made the NLCS last season.

Sell to fans? The Braves don’t have to do a thing for the fans. They drew over 3 million after the “face of the franchise” was sent walking. If you think the Braves are worried about anything other than winning the World Series you are wrong. They own the southeast right now.
And I still don’t get all the angst over the SS position. Dansby got better year after year but it wasn’t like we lost a top tier guy. There’s a reason of the free agents he was the least. And I still say we’ll get decent and close to comparable stats at the SS position just like we did at the 1B position after losing Freddie. There are a lot of good ball players out there. Grissom and Arcia are major leaguers for a reason.
