You seem to forget how Bernie Sanders energized the tards. Tulsi has many of the same views to syphon that tard energy.
Couple that with how Tulsi talks and acts like Trump in her “anti-establishment” and “anti-PC/woke” stances and she actually energizes the right to a degree
Add to that her Ron Paul like stances on weed and war energizing the energy of those folk and you are left with a three headed monster
