Disappointed? Yes. Mad? No. You Youngsters Need to Wake Up

We have a depleted roster, a lot of it makeshift.
We have a new staff.
The cupboard was bare when Kelly got here.
The cupboard was pretty much bare after the championship season.
I think Kelly is a good coach but much like Les he was a midwestern three yards and a cloud of dust guy who is quickly learning the SEC is different than any other league.
If we'll be a bit patient, realizing it might be a couple years before we get our roster back to full strength, and keep our panties out of a wad, we will be OK.
I've been through all this before. I am older than all you Johnny Come Latelies. Hell, I remember hearing the Billy Cannon run on my daddy's 1954 Ford car radio.

You have to understand that tRant is made up mostly of the idiot part of our fan base. Most rational fans realize the situation and thankfully so does the AD. It’s a process, things are heading in the right direction

The 10m a year is what fixes this in 2 years. For 5m a year it never gets fixed at all and you end up bringing in a new coach every 3 years

Not only that, the people who have any sense don’t have much to say because we don’t have enough info to diagnose the problems. We just have to let unfold. BK may turn out to be great, and he may turn out to suck. We just don’t know yet. Anyone acting like they’ve figured it out already are idiots and they’re also the only ones with anything to say right now.

Kelly isn’t being paid by the year. He being paid for his tenure. He absolutely is held to a standard but he gets time to build the team to that standard.
Would you prefer we hire a shitty coach for 1 million dollar coach so it wouldn’t feel like we’re overpaying him when we go 7-5?
