I go back and forth on ETH and BTC. I'm 60% ETH in my crypto bag because I think it has a bigger upside as of the time I entered the market, but I see value in BTC. I think ETH has an advantage in day to day utility, and the move to PoS has ESG benefits as far as institutional investments go, plus staking rewards, but BTC is still BTC, and it has a solid foundation.

If I had to choose, I guess ETH, but I'll be happy whichever one is bigger in 2030. I'm not tribal. I'm also not all in on crypto, so if it all goes to zero, whatever.

ETH has a new competitor every month. Bitcoin has none.

I hear that. An argument against that is that a champion can lose their edge if they don't compete. Resting on your laurels can only get one so far.

Fair. I just don't see how anything that is not fully decentralized wins over the long term.
