A spot on the A&M Bama game got me wondering, who has beaten Saban back to back seasons

So I checked and from what I have found, only 2 coaches have beaten Saban since he has been at Bama.
Les Miles 2010-2011
Hugh Freeze 2014-2015
ETA other schools best I can tell
At LSU
Steve Spurrier 2000-2001
At Mich State
Tom Osbourne 1995-1996
Hayden Fry 1995-1996
Joe Paterno 1995-1996
Lloyd Carr 1996-1998
Joe Tiller 1997-1999

Lol Bama will win by 4 touchdowns

Wouldn't doubt Jimbo finds a way to win. He always wins when there's talk about his arse being on fire and then he pulls a win out of his arse like Bama last year. They'll then proceed to be 8&4 or worse.

Didn't see the "at Bama" part until I opened the thread, but Spurrier was the only one to do it while Saban was here, 2000-2001.

Fair enough. I don't feel like going back to his Michigan State days either

On the road, against that defense, with King at QB?
They're not going to score double digits

Yes, that's why Hugh Freeze is in the OP.

Les Miles
Legend
He actually beat Saban 3 times at Bama. 07, 10, & 11
Has anyone else done that?

It's not just QB either. A&M is down 9 out of 22 starters.

I think Gus Malzahn did ('13, '17, '19).

For some reason, this just makes me chuckle.

That makes me even more glad we won at Jordan-Hare, since even Saban can't do it consistently. It helps that I was there too.
