With recruiting levels being as shitty as they are you may see conscription. The Military is being transformed in a liberal wasteland for Trannies and effeminate dudes that need to have safe spaces when it gets too stressful.

I'm for the draft as long as they take the high school dropouts, low level criminals as cannon fodder first.

The Draft might compel people to do something with their lives rather than trying to be the next Tik Tok celebrity.
