This. Imagine how bad current society is. Then imagine you grew up in the time of Boomers who literally did whatever the government said. There was no internet, etc. to offer a different viewpoint.

the "forever wars" in the middle east were a continuation; and of all of those can anyone name a single justification
or any reason whatsoever to forget Eisenhower' caution of the adventuring of the military-industrial complex..
DAMN! The war protestors were right MY draft lottery number was 1... yep, FCKG 1... luckily they ended the draft that year

2/3 0f all American troops during the Vietnam War were volunteers. That is a fact. It is a liberal narrative that all these draftees were sent to Vietnam to get slaughtered.
