Eh, you're reaching here. Since the pandemic Marvel has released:

Black Widow
Eternals
Spider-Man
Doctor Strange
Thor

One of those is a movie where the lead is a female, another is a group movie, and the other three are led by male heroes.

Black Panther is only a female because of the passing of Chadwick Boseman.

The next two years you have:

Ant-Man
Guardians
The Marvels
Blade
Captain America
Thunderbolts
Deadpool
Fantastic Four

Again, pretty male heavy.

Plus several recent TV Shows:

Loki
Falcon/Winter Solider
Moon Knight
Hawkeye

The bait and switch (female character replaced male lead as most powerful or central character) was pulled with:

Hawkeye
Moon Knight
Doctor Strange
Loki

Thor had a heavy female emphasis. Black Widow replaced a male villain with a female. The only movie where they left the original characters intact was Spider-Man. Not surprisingly that was the best movie out of the bunch

The industry doesn't care what you want unless you stop watching. Vote with your eyes.

Hawkeye - I'll give you this one
Moon Knight - Not even close
Doctor Strange - No- Chavez played an important role in the movie, but didn't "replace" Dr. Strange in any way.
Loki - Not even close

Do you want only men in these movies going forward?
