His name was Cleatus Lebow. I met Mr. Lebow last year at the National Museum of the Pacific War. It was truly an honor to shake that man's hand. He was a true American hero. God bless him and his family.

I have been there twice. Way better than the Pacific section in NOLA. It takes you from Pearl Harbor to Hiroshima and Nagasaki, and all the Naval battles and Island fighting in between. They also have an outdoor arena where they have volunteers who simulate a Marine amphibious landing, with the taking of a Jap pillbox. Complete with automatic weapons and a flame thrower. After the pillbox capture, they raise the American flag and play the National Anthem. Not a dry eye in the place. Well worth spending a day at.

Went there in April of this year for the first time, it was very nice. I plan to go back but without anybody to rush me through. Next time the group can go drink wine and I will go to the museum alone.
