It's about being able to command enough respect to lead the men. It doesn't just come with the job title. All year I've been saying McDaniel must be a hell of a coach bc a little nerdy dude like that is not gonna get the respect of his players unless he really really knows his shite.
Does this woman know her shite enough that the players respect her? If so, good for her. I'm a bit skeptical though.
