It doesn't have to be the worst or the best. The coach is getting paid a LOT of money to have his team prepared. They have not looked well prepared vs FSU or Auburn. It's OK to be disappointed in that.

Fla State was the first game. It showed us exactly what Kelly was dealing with this year... people got mad that he didn't show a lot of emotion. Perhaps he was already aware this isn't currently a polished, dominant team, and had a lot of work to do to get better.

Yesterday we played a road game against a team that had it's back against the wall, and came out on fire. Game looked like a defensive struggle,... except they were gashing our defense. Had us on the ropes in the first half.
We rode that out, and pulled out a win. Defense was able to adjust and mostly shut Auburn down; mostly. They still drove a few times, but fricked up.
We weren't impressive on offense, but also minimized turnovers, and we got a drive late in the first half that stopped the bleeding. Auburn whipped our asses up and down the field the first half, and was only up 3.

We're going to get more games like that this year. If we can continue to win the games we have a fighting chance in, the record will be okay.
