It all starts out with a choice. It’s the old way or the new way. Then it slowly becomes there’s only one way, and the old way is somehow criminal or so apprehensible that you must have your whole career ruined.
You guys can keep making excuses for this treatment by people inside of a bubble but it’s philosophy will eat it’s own as well, good luck!
