Right, it will need to be Zimmerman and Richards. Dest and Jedi as the fullbacks.

Musah and Adams in central midfield. Then I would have said McKennie but other options will need to be considered. Such as Aaronson.

Then I would say Pulisic, Reyna, and Pefok.

Not a great sign that we are going to rely on everyone coming back from injury.

I do think that players are scared about getting injured and the staff is being overly conservative with injuries right now (not necessarily a bad thing).

Mexico being shite has skewed how the U.S. has been judged under Gregg. The only 2 teams better than the past this cycle were Canada and El Salvador (barely). Mexico and Costa Rica are about as bad as I've seen from them. Honduras were horrible and Panama are ok but not as good as the past. Jamaica were pretty damn poor.

I've seen a lot of build up games prior to the WC and this was the worst I can remember. At least in 98 we beat the shite out of Austria before getting waxed in the WC.
