it's absolutely not true ...
that a-hole director John Landis didn't go to jail for his actions on the Twilight Zone
and the director from the movie that ignored the orders to not shoot on train tracks went in just for a year .....
this was an accident caused by systematic safety failures on a set. He will pay other ways.

All of you legal experts need to read one article about when and how the shooting happened. Baldwin thought it would be funny to aim the gun at a crew member, who isn't an actor, off set.
I also think I read he, and some of the other guys on the crew had taken it to a range, or out in the country somewhere and shot real bullets in it. That part may have been in some right-wing article, and be fake news, but the way it happened is the way it happened.
