Its not that simple. People take advantage. Some people spend more time trying not to work than actually working.
What do you do? Are you in any form of management or a business owner?
I will say that the downside to WFH for productive people that are monitored with tacking software is that if they are too productive then the company will expect more and more out of them.
It really is a double-edged sword.

Exactly. You get your deliverables done on schedule or you dont. If you are able to play your PS5 half the time and get the job done, it isn't my business. If you choose to ask for more, rather than a PS5, you are a top performer.
Anti-WFH would rather you be in house, getting the same work done, but now spend your downtime wandering the office, talking to coworkers or just surfing the filtered web.
