True. It’s much easier to train someone in person than by zoom.

There are other clear benefits to being in the office together but that ship has sailed in a lot of organizations. Valuable people have now moved all over the place.

It is, yes. But one thing I've noticed, working in that industry for several different businesses, is that corporate policies and procedures have become infinitely more complex. Jobs held by people who've been there for 30 years cannot be simply taught to a newbie in 30 days. Limiting scope of positions and what you're actually asking employees to do is vitally necessary.
