You'll only lose your shirt if you sell. Can't restate it enough.

Do you need most or all of your assets in the next three years?

No but I'm a first time homeowner as of March 2022, it was a new build where I locked the price in May 2021.

Just nervous about feeling trapped in my house. Do have a decent amount liquid at the moment to wait this out if needed. Don't plan on touching what's in the market, but still makes me nervous.

Stuck like chuck in alot of companies right now at least they are quality companies minus UPST. Knew i should have toke the loss on that one. I got close to 20 years before retirement but i do need to keep some powder to DCA when the dust starts to settle. My 2 biggest losers are AMZN and GOOGLE. Not a horrible pair of losers to have

I bought a bunch of Shopify at $150 and was on top of the world last fall when it was at $1600…. A 10way split later I’m at $28 ($280) and completely deflated by my greed and oblivion.
Even with no hope in sight on this one, I’ll hold as a reminder that pigs get fat & hogs get slaughtered….
Although I doubt I’ve really learned any lessons…
