Pretty much all polling so far shows it passing.
We passed medical in 2016. We came within a percentage point or two of passing medical way back in 2012.

More people turned out for that one election/vote than almost any other in our State's history. Most of them haven't voted again since then, either
I personally know quite a few people that absolutely refuse to vote "because it doesn't matter anyway, man", that voted that one time, ironically.
