My wife and I just had our third. She’s 8 months old. I get to the gym maybe once a month but I don’t miss a beat bc I have everything I need at home

bunch of rookies in here

btw guys it gets busier, espeically if they are into sports...example i have 3 boys(6,10,11) and my routine was this yesterday

get middle kid to my wife at her wrok across town for baseball

pick up middle kid on way home from pre-football game meal at another players house

go home, get him and youngest dressed

drop off oldest at the football field

drop off youngest at baseball field across town

back to football game to video for the team

wife picked up younger 2

all of this between 4 and got home from football around 930. yea it sucked and i even had my MIL to get them from school.

Home gym is the only solution as they get older if they are into multiple sports plus they see you and think lifting and exercise is normal

tonight we have an easy night...only 2 football practices and film session for oldest right after school :banghead:
