re: Yet another Tesla fire

Fires happen at power plants of all types all the time. Like all the fricking time. They hardly ever go noticed beyond local news because they are so common and not at all out of the ordinary.

A battery pack catches fire though and people can't wait to tell everyone about it. Sad.

I think after a few years once we get some volume and solid data we will find that solar/wind/batteries are safer than fuels and nuclear.
